A bit of back to basics photography. I spent most of last April and May with a bit of a back to basics style where I spent every sunny morning armed with a flask, tripod and 500 lens working on spring birds.

I loved it so much that I have decided to repeat the whole process again this year. These images were taken a few weeks ago at a couple of local reservoirs. Simple stuff but I still really enjoy this style and subject matter.
